If you have an open records request to the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA), please review the cost and process before completing the form below.
The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) uses rates established by the Office of the Attorney General to determine charges for copies of public records.
Upon receiving an open records request and calculating costs, the CCRTA will send a cost estimate letter to the requestor. The estimate letter will include an itemized statement of any copying, personnel, mailing, or other charges that will be incurred in fulfilling the request.
Upon receiving the estimate letter, the requestor has ten (10) business days to confirm that they agree to the estimated costs. If the requestor does not respond to the cost estimate letter within ten (10) days, the request will be closed.
Any estimated costs exceeding $100.00, will require the requestor to make a deposit, before any records are compiled.
